Is there a bundle?

Yes. The Full Access bundle is ₹699 one-time. It unlocks all 8 paid tools forever, plus 6 premium resume templates, 3 premium CV templates, and the optional resume sections (Certifications, Awards, Languages, Publications, Volunteer Work). Buying tools individually adds up to ₹1500, so the bundle saves over 50%.

I already bought some tools — can I top up to the bundle?

Yes. You only pay (₹699 minus the total you have already spent on individual tools). If you have already spent ₹699 or more, the upgrade to Full Access is automatic and free — log in and click "Claim Full Access (free)" on your /profile page.

Are there subscriptions?

No. Every payment is one-time. No auto-renewal, no recurring charges.

What payment methods are accepted?

All payments are processed through Razorpay. Accepted: UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and international cards (subject to your card and bank). Pricing is in INR; international cards are charged the INR equivalent.

Do I get a receipt?

Yes. A receipt email is sent automatically after every purchase, with the item name, amount, payment ID, and date.

I lost the receipt email — can I get it again?

Yes. Log in at aicvcoach.com/profile, find the purchase in your history, and click "Resend invoice".

Can I get a refund?

See the Refund Policy. Short version: because AI output is delivered instantly on payment, refunds are not issued for delivered output. If a technical issue prevents your output from being generated, write to founder@shunyax.com and we will resolve it or refund the specific charge.

Which tools are free?

The Resume Builder, the CV Builder, and AI Career Coach are 100% free, no login. The Resume Builder has 4 free templates; the CV Builder has 2 free templates (Academic Classic, ATS CV). Both include free AI Generate, free Word export, and free PDF export on free templates.

What is the difference between the Resume Builder and the CV Builder?

A resume is a concise 1–2 page summary tailored to a job — use the Resume Builder for most industry roles in the US, India, and Canada. A CV is a longer, comprehensive document with publications, grants, teaching, and references — use the CV Builder for academic, research, and many international (UK, EU, Gulf) applications. What does the CV Builder include?

A multi-page academic / international CV editor with 5 templates (2 free, 3 premium), sections for profile, education, appointments, publications, grants, teaching, conferences, memberships and references, ORCID + Google Scholar fields, AI Generate for your profile statement, CV file-import, and Word + PDF export.

Do tools work for jobs outside India?

Yes. Every tool is country-aware. Outputs adapt to local resume / CV format, hiring conventions, job boards, and interview culture for India, UAE / Gulf, UK, USA, Germany / DACH, Singapore, Canada, Australia, and Japan.

How does the AI Generate button work?

In the Resume Builder you can paste a target job description, then click Generate on Summary, Experience highlights, Skills, or any Project. The CV Builder has AI Generate for your profile statement, research interests, and position descriptions. The AI tailors each section using your content and target role.

Can the AI extract data from my existing resume or CV?

Yes. Both builders accept a PDF, DOCX, or TXT upload and prefill every section automatically. Resume import costs 5 credits; CV import costs 5 credits.

Do I need to create an account?

No account is required for free tools. For paid tools, you log in with just your email — we send a one-time password (OTP). No password to remember.

Where can I see my purchases?

Log in and visit aicvcoach.com/profile. You will see your full purchase history, Full Access status, country unlocks, and a Resend invoice button per purchase.

How do I log out?

Click your account avatar at the top-right of the site and choose Log out, or use the Log out button on your /profile page.

Is my resume or CV data stored?

No. Resume or CV text you paste or upload is processed in transit to generate output, then discarded. We do not persist your document content on our servers. The Resume Builder and CV Builder hold your in-progress edits only in your browser session.

What data is stored?

Only your email and purchase records. Plus a short-lived OTP token during login (auto-expires in 10 minutes).

How do I delete my account?
