Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance

By using aicvcoach.com or any of its tools, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to free tools and paid tools alike.

2. Who we are

AI CV Coach is operated by Shunyax Labs, Mumbai, India. The service is delivered via the website aicvcoach.com. Contact: founder@shunyax.com.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use AI CV Coach. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Your account

  • —You log in with email + one-time password (OTP). Keep your email account secure — anyone with access to it can log in as you.
  • —You may not share your account or resell access. The Full Access bundle (₹699) is for personal use by a single individual.
  • —Daily rate limits apply to AI Generate and Resume Import — these exist to prevent abuse and keep the service available. Premium (Full Access) users get higher caps but they are not unlimited.

5. Acceptable use

  • —Use the tools to build, improve, and tailor resumes / cover letters / outreach for your own job search or for someone you are helping directly.
  • —Do not scrape, automate, or load-test the service.
  • —Do not use the service to generate or distribute content that is illegal, hateful, deceptive, or harmful.
  • —Do not impersonate others or upload content you do not have the right to use.
  • —Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, premium gating, or payment flows.

6. Payments

  • —All payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see your card or UPI details.
  • —Prices are in INR. International cards are charged the INR equivalent under your card-issuer's policy.
  • —Each paid tool unlock is a one-time payment tied to the email you use at checkout.
  • —The Full Access bundle is a one-time payment that unlocks all 8 paid tools plus premium resume templates and optional sections.
  • —Receipt is emailed automatically after a successful payment. You can resend it from your /profile page.

7. Refunds

AI output is delivered instantly on payment, so refunds are not issued for delivered output. If a technical issue prevents delivery, write to founder@shunyax.com and we will resolve it or refund the specific charge. See the Refund Policy for full details.

8. AI output

  • —Our tools generate AI suggestions based on the input you provide. Output is a recommendation, not a guarantee.
  • —We do not promise that using AI CV Coach will result in a job offer, an interview, or any specific outcome.
  • —You are responsible for reviewing every AI-generated word before sending it to a recruiter or employer.
  • —Do not include sensitive personal data (passport number, government IDs, etc.) in resume input — the tools are not designed for that.

9. Intellectual property

  • —Content you input remains yours.
  • —AI-generated output: you are free to use, edit, and distribute the output for your personal job-search needs.
  • —AI CV Coach's name, design, code, and resume templates are owned by Shunyax Labs. Templates are licensed for use within the product, not for redistribution or resale.

10. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may take the service offline for maintenance, updates, or in response to provider outages (Anthropic, Razorpay, SendGrid, Railway). We are not liable for losses arising from downtime.

11. Limit of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shunyax Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of AI CV Coach. Direct liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to the service

We may add, change, or remove features. We may also adjust pricing for new purchases — existing unlocks remain honoured at their original price.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The current version is always at aicvcoach.com/terms. Material changes are flagged in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
