Refund Policy.

1. Digital, instant-delivery products

AI CV Coach paid tools are digital services that deliver output the moment payment succeeds. Because the AI-generated result is produced and delivered instantly, refunds are not issued once the output has been generated.

2. When you are eligible for a refund

• —Payment was successfully charged by Razorpay, BUT the AI output was not delivered to you (server error, tool failure, network issue at our end).
• —Duplicate charge for the same purchase due to a payment provider error.
• —You were charged for a tool you cannot access on your account (the system did not register the unlock).

3. When refunds are not available

• —You used the tool and received the AI output as intended, but were not satisfied with the result.
• —You changed your mind after a successful purchase.
• —You bought an individual tool and later discovered the Full Access bundle would have been cheaper for your usage. (Top-up math means the bundle costs you ₹699 minus what you have already spent — use that to upgrade instead.)
• —You hit a daily rate-limit on AI Generate or Resume Import. Rate limits exist to keep the service available and are documented in the Terms of Service.

4. How to request a refund or resolution

Write to founder@shunyax.com from the same email address you used to pay. Include your Razorpay Payment ID (found on your /profile page or in the receipt email). We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay back to the original payment method and typically clear in 5–7 business days.

5. Free tools

The Resume Builder, AI Career Coach, and the free tier of the new Resume Builder are free of charge. No refund applies.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card network, please email us first — most issues we can resolve in hours. Filed chargebacks freeze your account until the dispute is closed, which is rarely the fastest path for either of us.
